How do laundry machines work ?

In most people eyes, operation industrial laundry machine is complicated. In fact, beside power is three phase or single phase, it can be used just like household washing machine. The operation should not be a problem according to the instruction manual. These machines are widely used in laundry and dry clean shops. Actually from injecting water to high- extract, the entire operation is the same as household washing machine, except the capacity of industrial laundry machine is larger.

First injecting water, wash reversing for about 15 minutes, drain after wash, then extract, which includes balance, medium extract and high extract, three periods. General clothes and linen only need wash once and rinse twice.

Here come to know something about balance. Balance means spinning at higher speed than wash and positive rotation for 2 minutes with water or without water, making clothing equal attached to the inside drum, in order to make the subsequent dehydration process smoothly.

After drain, speed up to medium-speed extract and keeps about two minutes, then re-enter the high-speed extract, keeps about three minutes, to make moisture content of the cloth down to required level.

Dry cleaning shops and laundry factory should get a general idea about the speed of the various stages: washing speed at about 35rpm, balance speed at about 60rpm, the medium extract speed at about 400rpm, high extract speed at about 650 ~ 800rpm.

All operation is simple, but still need to pay attention to the speed of injecting water, as the inlet tub is not too big, it will take long time before the drum filled. What’s more, the drain must be consistent with the drain pipe, otherwise drainage will be blocked .
